  • What should I expect from online coaching?

    You can expect a fully personalized coaching experience designed to actually fit your life. You’ll get a custom workout plan tailored to your preferences — whether you want to train at the gym or at home, with your favorite equipment, and on a schedule that works for you. I make sure your plan works with you, not against you, so we avoid old injuries and keep you moving pain-free.
    Your meal plan is just as personal — I build it around your food preferences, allergies, and any dietary restrictions so you never feel deprived. Plus, you’ll get weekly check-ins and support to make sure you’re making progress and actually enjoying the journey, not just chasing a result.

  • What is your pricing?

    Pricing depends on you and your goals! Everyone’s timeline and starting point is different — so I don’t quote cookie-cutter prices. Once I learn more about what you’re trying to achieve, I’ll recommend the best plan for your goals and budget.

  • How soon can I expect to see results?

    Good things take time — and we’re not here for quick fixes. The first win is feeling a difference, which can happen within a week or two if you stay consistent. Next, you’ll see changes in the mirror and feel your clothes fit better. Finally, people around you will notice the transformation too.
    Because there are stages to real, lasting progress, I ask clients to commit to at least four months. That way, you have enough time to feel, see, and enjoy every phase of your results.

  • What if I have dietary restrictions?

    No problem at all — every meal plan is customized to work around your likes, dislikes, allergies, and dietary needs. You’ll never be stuck eating food you hate!

  • Will I work directly with Caleigh?

    Yes! Even if you’re supported by an assistant coach, I personally oversee your program and check in on your progress. You’ll hear directly from me with tips, feedback, and encouragement all along the way.
